For the seventeenth time in 2011 BBSPA members - some of the major energy players in the region - together with senior experts, policy makers and top executives from a wide range of national and international companies, will gather in Vienna to discuss the priority issues on the Balkan and Black Sea Agenda. In its three traditional sessions, Upstream and Supply, Legal and Regulatory FrameworkInfrastructure Markets and Prices, and the 2010 edition of the Conference featured presentations from the Directorate General of Energy and Transport of EC,  the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, BP, E.ON, Edison, GDF Suez, JBC Energy, OMV, OMV Petrom, TPAO, PFC Energy, RWE, Sterling Resources, Platts and many more.
